To make a reservation at our campsite in Notre-Dame-de-Monts, check availability online, or contact us by e-mail or telephone.

Once availability has been confirmed, return the completed and signed booking contract with the deposit indicated.

For accommodation, the minimum rental period is 2 nights in low season (April, May) and 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday in high season (June to September).

Reservations are not compulsory for camping pitches in the Vendée, but are strongly recommended in July and August. In this case, the minimum booking period is 7 nights.

Credit card, cheques, vacation vouchers, cash, bank transfer.

For accommodation bookings, the balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

For bare pitch bookings, the balance must be paid the day before departure.

Yes, a deposit of 300 € will be required on arrival, including:
– 100 € for cleaning costs if the campsite is responsible for this.
– 200 € representing the equipment deposit.

This deposit can be paid by credit card or by cheque (in which case 2 cheques must be deposited)

An inventory of fixtures is carried out before you leave the accommodation, but the deposits are not returned until the week following your departure (after deduction of any cleaning costs or damage to equipment).

Yes. You can take out optional cancellation insurance. You will find our General Terms and Conditions of Sale in the downloadable documents at the bottom of the home page of our website.

Our campsite at Notre-Dame-de-Monts in the Vendée is not VACAF-approved.

CAF de la Mayenne leisure vouchers are accepted, and as members of the Moisson card, discounts may be available to cardholders.

You have the option of specifying your requirements on the rental contract (proximity to baby or disabled toilet facilities, shade, location, etc.). We will assign the most suitable pitch to your request, subject to availability, without any guarantee.

Yes. The municipal tourist tax is €0.65 per night and per person over 18, and applies all year round. It will be billed at the same time as your stay.

3 pools make up the aquatic area. A heated indoor pool with paddling pool and bubble bench, open from April to September. A Zen pool with massage jets and paddling pool, open from June to September. Outside, a heated pool and a large sunbathing area with deckchairs are open from mid-June to September.

No, that’s why children under 8 years of age are not allowed in without the supervision of an accompanying adult.

Yes, the Club des petits moussaillons, supervised by a qualified activity leader, welcomes children aged 4 to 12, free of charge, from Monday to Friday during the summer school vacations.

In addition to the aquatic area, you’ll find:

– a games room with ping pong tables, billiards and table soccer
– a fitness area
– a large outdoor play area for children
– a multi-sports court: volleyball, badminton, soccer, basketball
– a petanque court and two “boules vendéennes” courts

No, but in July and August you’ll find a bread and pastry shop, as well as ice cream and cold drinks to take away, at the Notre Dame de Monts campsite reception. You’ll find all the local shops and a supermarket in the nearby town center, 300 m away.

No, but in July and August, several evenings a week, itinerant traders stationed at the entrance to the Clos du Bourg campsite offer takeaway sales.

Yes, the electrical power supplied is 10 amps. You’ll need a 30 m extension cord and a European plug adapter to connect to the electrical terminal.

Hot water is freely available in the showers and washbasins of the sanitary blocks.

All our accommodation (with the exception of fully-equipped tents) has electric convectors in all rooms.

Pillows and comforters are available on request at an additional cost. Duvets are washed in our laundry and supplied packaged.
You’ll need to bring your own sheets and comforter covers.

All our mobile home rentals in Notre Dame de Monts, including chalets, and with the exception of fully-equipped tents, are equipped with a flat-screen TV.

Yes, at a rate of €15 per week for equipment. To be specified on the booking contract, and subject to availability.

Yes, with 2 washing machines, 1 tumble dryer, hot-water wash tubs and 2 ironing boards at your disposal. We also offer ironing facilities. Washing and drying tokens are on sale at reception.

It is possible to connect to the wifi network from your pitch using access codes available at reception for a fee.

Yes, you will have a personal access code for the automatic gates, which allows the passage of a single vehicle from 7:30 am to 11 pm. Outside parking is available for overnight parking or for a 2nd vehicle.

Yes, but under certain conditions. A visitor is someone who visits you occasionally but does not sleep on the campsite. Your visitors are your responsibility. They must leave their vehicle in the outside parking lot, report to reception and pay the visitor fee. They do not have access to the campsite’s aquatic area and must leave the campsite before 10 p.m.

• Overnight stays are counted from noon to noon.
• In high season, your pitch must be vacated by noon on the day of your departure (indicated at the time of booking or on arrival).

• 01/06 to 28/09: weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday, arrival 4pm to 8pm, departure 8am to 10am.

No, it is strictly forbidden to pitch a tent on the plot. You can reserve a bare pitch at an additional cost.

No, no pets are allowed in our accommodations.

No, for reasons of hygiene, only briefs and boxer shorts are allowed for men, and bathing suits for women.

Yes, 2 chemical toilets are at your disposal in outdoor cabins reserved for this purpose, close to the bare pitches.

Yes, but only gas or electric. Charcoal barbecues are strictly forbidden. The campsite does not offer communal barbecues or barbecue rentals.
